Warranty:
We stand behind our all gold plated jewelry. Gold plated jewelry that is manufactured by Glowyee and purchased directly from glowyee.com is covered by a warranty.
Our 100 days warranty covers
- If the necklace/chain/Mangal sutra gets damage - we will repair/replace that.
- If the polish gets fade out - we will repolish/replace that.
- For customized jewelry we will replace that for damage or color tarnish condition.
If any of the particular reasons satisfies, email us on support@glowyee.com or WhatsApp us at http://wa.me/911169269552 we will take action as per the jewelry types & conditions.
Splash-Proof:-
Our gold plated jewelry comes with 3 layer of coating which makes them splash-proof. It's capable to resist itself from sprinkles of water or little drop on the jewelry.
We don't recommend to wear it while you bath or swim. This can cause the polish to fade out and it won't be consider under warranty.
